Returns

Due to the nature of being a small business, and the turn over of vintage inventory, I am unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time.

The love for imperfection and the acceptance for letting things be as they are. Please note these vintage pieces have lived and been loved and worn. I only handpick items that I would be happy to purchase myself, and have certain pieces altered and tailored if flawed. All pieces are sold 'as is' and are carefully examined before making the way to your home. If there is something you are unhappy or uncertain about please email me at undunvintage@gmail.com 

 

Shipping 

All orders are shipped out with a tracking number via Canada Post

Shipping within BC is $10 Flat Rate
Rest of Canada and the USA is a flat rate of $15
International shipping for the rest of the world is a flat rate of $25 CAD

Orders are shipped out in compostable bags made primarily of corn. Larger items are shipped out in recycled boxes. Please re-use or recycle the cardboard boxes, and the compostable mailers have been designed to be reused.
